Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging; for large furniture items, ensure all assembly hardware and manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
